Agreement to these terms
These Terms govern your use of the Hugnest website and any purchase from our store. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location to make a purchase. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape content unlawfully, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, dimensions, and materials accurately. Screens and handmade or production variations may cause minor differences. Products, features, and availability may change without notice.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory errors, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or an inability to fulfill the order. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. Prices, shipping, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Product style
Hugnest currently offers one pillow style in one signature color. Product photographs are intended to show the item as accurately as possible, although screens and normal production variations can cause small differences.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and return eligibility depends on the condition of the product.
Giving commitment
Hugnest’s current commitment is that $1 from every completed purchase goes to breast cancer research. We may update the recipient organization, contribution schedule, or future program details as the business grows, while honoring the commitment communicated for completed purchases.
Intellectual property
The Hugnest name, branding, website design, text, graphics, product presentation, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Hugnest and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping and information.
Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, photo, suggestion, or other non-private content, you represent that you have the right to share it. You grant Hugnest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with the store and its promotion, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The website may rely on or link to third-party services such as payment processors, carriers, and social platforms. Their services and policies are controlled by those third parties.
